Posting one job feels like playing whack-a-mole with job boards
Talk to any small HR team and they'll describe a week like this: write a job description, reformat it for Indeed's character
limits, paste it into LinkedIn, then again into ZipRecruiter, then re-do it on Glassdoor because the
headline got truncated. By Friday you have 4 dashboards, 4 versions of the same role, and no idea which
board actually produced the candidates.
Multiposting tools exist as standalone subscriptions, but they sit outside your ATS. So now you have 5
dashboards instead of 4. Posts go out, candidates come in, but the source attribution lives in a place your
hiring manager will never check. The “Where did this hire come from?” question still goes unanswered.
How 100Hires posts to 13 named boards in one click, then tracks every source
100Hires has job board distribution built into the ATS: one place to post jobs online and track what every board sends back. When you publish a job, you get per-board toggles:
enable Indeed but skip ZipRecruiter, or post to all 13 in one action. Jobs go live within minutes on an
active paid plan. There is no separate multiposting subscription, no per-board fee, no “premium tier” gating
the integrations.
For sources outside the 13 boards (Slack communities, niche subreddits, Facebook groups, employee referrals),
you generate trackable links. Each link gets its own attribution: visitors, applicants, conversion rate,
hires. The source breakdown lives in the same Reporting tab as everything else, so the hiring manager
actually sees it.
Toggle each board on or off, per job
Every job has its own distribution settings. Enable Indeed for an engineering role, skip it for a hospitality role, push everything to ZipRecruiter for high-volume hiring. Jobs publish within minutes on an active paid plan. No waiting on approval queues, no premium add-ons.
- Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Jooble, Adzuna, Jora, Trovit, Monster, CareerJet, Google Jobs, Talent.com, Jobisjob
- One job, all boards, one publish action
- Per-job overrides without switching dashboards
See which boards actually produce hires, not just clicks
Reporting > Sources shows where every candidate came from for any job, any date range. Filter to hired-only candidates and you see which board produced candidates who actually received offers. Make budget calls based on real conversion data instead of vendor-supplied screenshots.
- Per-board candidate count and conversion to hire
- Date range filtering across jobs
- CSV export for hiring manager review
All 13 job boards 100Hires posts to in one click
Every paid 100Hires plan includes one-click distribution to the boards below. There is no per-board surcharge, no separate multiposting subscription, and no premium tier gating the integrations. Toggle any board on or off per job.
| Job board | Reach | Typical strength |

| Glassdoor | Global, US-heavy | Employer-brand-conscious candidates; reviews + jobs in one search |
| Monster | Global | Mid-career office and operations; sticky among 35+ candidates |
| Google for Jobs | Global | Generic job-search queries; aggregates from your career page automatically |
| Talent.com | Global | Aggregator with strong organic SEO presence in EU + LATAM |

Trackable links cover every channel not on the list
Most ATS products track only the 5-10 boards they integrate with directly. Everything else lands in your pipeline as Direct or Unknown source. 100Hires generates a unique trackable URL per channel: PMI Project Management Network on Facebook, Mind the Product on Slack, r/projectmanagement on Reddit, the Indie Hackers Discord, the QR code on your ProductCon Berlin badge. Each link reports visitors, applicants, and conversion separately, so you keep attribution for channels beyond the integrated boards.
- Unique URL per channel (LinkedIn group, Slack, employee referral, QR code)
- Per-link visitor and applicant counts
- Attribution preserved for channels beyond the integrated boards
Need to update 50 jobs at once? Use the API
If you run 50+ open roles, clicking through the UI gets tedious. The 100Hires v2 API exposes job-board distribution at the batch level. One PATCH request can disable Indeed across 50 active jobs, or enable ZipRecruiter only for engineering roles. The same endpoint powers our Zapier integration and our MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and n8n workflows can manage distribution programmatically.
- Personal API key on every paid plan, no enterprise gating
- Native Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar integrations
- Zapier + MCP server for AI-agent and no-code workflows
LinkedIn alone limits you to one free job at a time. 100Hires does not.
LinkedIn's free Basic posting tier allows only one active job per company. Once the post collects a
handful of applicants (often within a day, sometimes hours), it gets pushed to “Limited” status and
stops appearing in candidate searches. To keep it visible or reach more candidates, you can promote the job. Promoted-job spend uses variable marketplace pricing and a daily average or total budget set by the employer.
LinkedIn Recruiter and InMail are separate sourcing and messaging products. Their subscription or credit costs are not part of a promoted job-post budget. See our LinkedIn job posting cost guide for promotion budgets and our LinkedIn Recruiter cost guide for the separate sourcing product.
100Hires charges a single monthly subscription. You publish unlimited jobs to LinkedIn through the
integration, plus 12 other boards at the same time, with no per-click and no per-post fee.
How 100Hires compares to LinkedIn job posting
LinkedIn is fantastic for sourcing through profiles. This comparison covers LinkedIn job posts, not LinkedIn Recruiter or InMail. Job promotion has its own variable budget, while Recruiter and InMail are separate sourcing products.
100Hires
Where LinkedIn alone is the right call: if you only ever hire from LinkedIn, only post 1-2 roles per quarter,
and have an existing ATS that handles the rest. For everyone else, posting to LinkedIn through 100Hires gets
you LinkedIn plus 12 other boards plus the ATS, on a single monthly bill.
It solved all of my recruitment problems and offered all of the features I was looking for. It can automate most of my recruitment processes.
I'd happily recommend it to my industry peers. I'm able to use the platform with ease and don't have to think twice what function to use.
The system is very user-friendly. Even people with no experience will find it easy to understand its functionality.
How Truck Star Recruiting fills driver seats 3x faster
Truck Star runs a high-volume driver hiring pipeline. After moving to 100Hires, their multiposting + source-tracking workflow cut time-to-fill by two-thirds and made it obvious which boards to keep paying for.
