Will my existing candidate records survive the import to 100Hires?

Yes. 100Hires keeps the candidate's original resume PDF as-is on the record, alongside the parsed structured fields. Custom field values map from your CSV columns to 100Hires profile fields you define before the run starts. Email and LinkedIn URL act as the dedup keys, so a candidate who appears in two source files becomes one record with both histories merged. Anything 100Hires cannot parse stays in the Notes / Files tab on the candidate profile, not lost.

Can other team members see my candidates?
