How does importing data from my current ATS or spreadsheet work?
For companies on our annual Pro plan, we offer free, comprehensive data migration services to help you transfer all your existing data from your current ATS. Our team will handle the entire process, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can easily import candidates via a CSV file or bulk upload PDF/DOC resumes, which our system will automatically parse into candidate profiles.

For payments of $5,000 USD and above, we can provide an invoice and accept payment via wire transfer. To request an invoice, please contact us at support@100hires.com. For payments below $5,000 USD, we use Paddle.com as our payment gateway, where you can pay securely with a debit or credit card or PayPal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you make a change, your next payment will be prorated accordingly. If you choose to cancel, you'll still have full access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

What if my number of employees changes throughout the year?
If your number of employees changes during the year, your current price will remain locked in until the end of your billing period. For example, if you purchased an annual contract with 100Hires and then expanded your team, you won't need to pay any extra during that contract period. Just let us know at support@100hires.com if your employee count changes, and we’ll adjust your pricing for the next billing cycle.

What happens at the end of a 100Hires trial?
At the end of your 100Hires trial, you will lose access to your candidate data until you upgrade to a paid plan. If your account remains inactive for 3 months, it will be deleted. To continue using 100Hires without interruption, consider upgrading before your trial ends.
