Jobvite pricing in 2026: cost, modules, and quote details - 100Hires

Jobvite pricing page showing its custom modular quote model

Jobvite pricing is available only by custom quote, so a standard public Jobvite cost is not currently shown.

Buyers start with the core ATS and can add selected modules, making the written quote scope more important than a headline rate.

This guide separates official facts, customer reports, third-party estimates, derived calculations, legacy evidence, and unavailable fields. It does not invent an annual Jobvite cost from an unverified monthly estimate.

Jobvite's current pricing page describes a flexible, modular sales process. It says customers can start with the core applicant tracking system and add capabilities such as Onboarding, AI Companion, and recruitment marketing.

The page does not display a dollar rate card. Nor does it show a standard employee-band curve, module price, implementation fee, connector fee, monthly billing rate, or annual total.

Product availability does not prove that a capability is included in the core quote. Ask the sales team to mark every item as included, optional, excluded, or not quoted.

If you need a public budget reference before a sales call, review the current 100Hires pricing and plan limits.

How this comparison labels price evidence

Not every number carries the same weight. These labels prevent a reported figure from becoming a false list price.

Label Meaning How it is used
Official price A current vendor page displays the number Used with billing basis, scope, and limits
Official model or availability A current vendor page describes the sales model or product Used without inferring inclusion or price
Customer-reported figure A buyer or user reports an amount Used with date, company size, scope, and missing fields
Third-party estimate A directory or editorial page gives a number Never treated as a Jobvite list price
Derived calculation Arithmetic from a current public number Formula is shown beside the result
Legacy evidence An old PDF, old research file, or stale page Excluded from current commercial terms
Not publicly shown No current credible public source supplies the field Written explicitly instead of leaving a blank

Disclosure: 100Hires publishes this article and is one of the products compared. Its prices come from current 100Hires-owned sources, and its plan limits appear beside its strengths.

What a Jobvite quote can include

Treat the quote as a clear list of what is and is not included. Current Jobvite pages confirm a broad product set, but they do not publicly map every capability to the core subscription.

Jobvite core ATS with addable onboarding and employee referral modules

Core ATS, recruitment marketing, and CRM scope

The core ATS is the official starting point. It covers the central applicant-tracking purchase, but the public page does not state its price unit, employee threshold, recruiter-seat allowance, hiring-volume limit, or minimum term.

Beyond the ATS, Jobvite markets career sites, recruitment marketing, Source and CRM, job broadcasting, and candidate messaging. Recruitment marketing is explicitly named as an addable module.

One third-party feature matrix describes several of these items as base-included. That conflicts with current official add-as-needed wording, so the official source controls. Confirm each item in the order form.

Onboarding, referrals, analytics, matching, and AI scope

The pricing page lists Onboarding and AI Companion as optional add-ons. Current pages show advanced employee referrals, AI-powered matching, and analytics with 60+ actionable dashboards.

Those pages establish availability, not commercial inclusion. Ask whether each AI Companion function is priced separately and whether referrals, matching, and analytics are in the core quote or an added package.

Capability Current public evidence Price or inclusion
Core ATS Official starting point Not publicly shown
Recruitment marketing Officially named as addable Not publicly shown
Onboarding Officially named as addable Not publicly shown
AI Companion Officially named as addable Not publicly shown
Career site and CRM Current product availability Not publicly shown
Advanced referrals Current product availability Not publicly shown
Analytics and matching Current product availability Not publicly shown

What can change the quote

Jobvite does not publish its pricing formula. A buyer should still ask the sales team to identify every input used in the proposal and show how a change affects the total.

  • Employee count, recruiter seats, hiring volume, business units, and regions
  • Core ATS scope and each selected product module
  • Career-site work, data migration, integrations, API rights, and custom development
  • Implementation, training, consulting, recruiting, and data-analysis services
  • Support tier, customer-success coverage, contract length, and renewal terms

This is a request for transparency, not a claim that Jobvite prices on every listed factor. The proposal should name the actual drivers instead of leaving the buyer to infer them.

The full Jobvite cost stack extends beyond the ATS quote

A software quote can omit work that still lands in the year-one budget. Separate recurring software, one-time project work, internal labor, and exit obligations.

Budget layer Items to capture Current public Jobvite amount
Recurring software Core ATS, modules, support, connectors, usage, and overages Not publicly shown
One-time vendor work Implementation, configuration, migration, training, and custom development Not publicly shown
Internal project work Process design, data cleanup, testing, security review, adoption, and reporting Depends on the buyer
Renewal and exit Uplift, notice, export, migration help, post-contract access, and termination Not publicly shown

Implementation, migration, training, and professional services

Jobvite currently offers Professional Services for implementation, consulting, recruiting, data analysis, and outsourcing. Public pages do not state whether implementation is mandatory or what any service costs.

  • Implementation: configuration, workflows, permissions, career-site work, testing, and go-live ownership
  • Migration: candidate records, attachments, consent history, jobs, notes, duplicate handling, and validation
  • Training: administrator setup, recruiter enablement, manager adoption, reporting, and future onboarding
  • Services: consulting, recruiting or RPO, data analysis, and outsourced work

In one current 100Hires sales conversation, a buyer valued Jobvite's highly customized stages after years of use but described reporting and replacement complexity. That is one account's experience, not a universal outcome.

Integrations, API work, support, and service tiers

Jobvite has a partner marketplace and a support organization. Public sources do not show which connectors are included, whether API access costs extra, or how custom development and maintenance are charged.

Get a written map of the data objects and how they sync. A connector logo does not prove that requisitions, stages, interviews, offers, notes, consent, and reports sync in both directions.

Confirm support response targets, escalation channels, customer-success coverage, weekend or regional support, and any paid tier. Current public evidence confirms support availability but not the commercial structure.

Renewal, export, and exit costs

Renewal language can change total cost without changing the initial module list. Ask for the notice window, uplift cap, auto-renewal rule, module repricing, cancellation steps, refund terms, and rights to reduce scope.

Exit terms matter too. Define export format, attachment handling, migration support, delivery timing, post-contract access, and any data-release or termination fee.

A Nov. 26, 2025 Reddit comment from one current user, with low engagement, described a difficult implementation and alleged an extra fee for migration data release.

The amount, company size, modules, term, and policy were not verified. Treat the account only as a question for the contract.

Prefer a public starting point? Start a 14-day 100Hires trial without a credit card. The trial caps external-job-board candidates at 10 across the account and applies AI quotas.

What reported Jobvite cost figures do and do not prove

Jobvite has no public numeric rate card, so this guide does not invent tidy prices for 50, 200, or 500 employees. The useful comparison is what the written quote includes, not an estimated price range based on add-ons and negotiation.

One customer-reported figure came from a nonprofit buyer discussing an ATS renewal on Nov. 11, 2025. It is useful only with its missing fields kept visible.

The post described about 1,000 employees, a $65,000 current annual contract, and an $85,000 renewal budget. It did not establish modules, seats, implementation, support, currency notation, or whether the renewal figure used the same annual convention.

Figure Evidence label Known context Article treatment
Official Jobvite price Not publicly shown Current model is modular and quote-led Controls every scenario cell
$65,000 current; $85,000 renewal budget Customer-reported figure Nov. 11, 2025 nonprofit report; about 1,000 employees; standalone ATS; seats, modules, implementation, support, currency notation, and whether $85,000 is annualized remain unspecified Separate case only; no interpolation
$8,000 to $9,000 per year Incomplete customer-reported figure May 26, 2026 Riverstone Communities sales conversation; 180 to 190 employees; amount combines Jobvite and LinkedIn spend Not a Jobvite-only price; no scenario use
About $400 per month Third-party estimate Directory and editorial sources surfaced in the July 18, 2026 SERP; not displayed by Jobvite; scope and company size unavailable Not an official floor or scenario input
$4,000 to $100,000 per year Third-party estimate attributed by HireHive to Ongig Accessed July 18, 2026; about 26 to 50 employees through 2,501 to 5,000 employees; not displayed by Jobvite No company-size curve
$1,000 to $10,000 one time Third-party implementation estimate from Pin Page published Dec. 18, 2025 and updated June 8, 2026; mandatory status and scope unknown Quote-checklist context only

Why this article does not invent an annual Jobvite scenario

Multiplying the unverified $400 monthly estimate by 12 would create a precise annual number from an uncertain input. The public evidence does not establish its scope, company size, billing commitment, or current availability.

The nonprofit report is more specific, but it is still one customer with missing scope. The Riverstone figure mixes two vendors. Neither supports a standard Jobvite curve.

Jobvite cost by company size versus every public 100Hires plan

100Hires publishes this comparison. The amounts below come from current public 100Hires pricing and are labeled as displayed or derived. They appear with plan limitations.

These are 100Hires employee bands, not claimed Jobvite licensing bands. They create consistent company-size scenarios, with Jobvite marked `not publicly shown` at each size.

How to read the company-size scenarios

Each numeric cell shows: monthly price / annual-equivalent monthly price / derived prepaid annual total. Annual totals equal the displayed annual-equivalent amount multiplied by 12.

Amounts are USD base prices. Annual subscriptions are prepaid, and applicable taxes are excluded. The table compares price visibility, not feature equivalence.

100Hires plan limits that change the comparison

Plan Public scope Limits and boundaries
Start Basic ATS access Up to 3 jobs, 100 candidates, 1 user, and 100 monthly AI credits
Advanced Unlimited jobs, candidates, and users 300 monthly AI credits on monthly billing; 1,000 per month on annual billing
Pro Advanced plus sourcing, enrichment, outreach, warmup, and onboarding support 3,000 monthly AI credits on monthly billing; 5,000 per month on annual billing; data migration is tied to annual Pro
Enterprise SSO, advanced security, account management, approvals, BI connection, and custom work Numeric price is not publicly shown; contact sales

The 14-day trial needs no credit card. It caps external-job-board candidates at 10 across the account and applies AI quotas. Public prices exclude applicable taxes.

At 1 to 20 employees, Start has the lowest public 100Hires total, but its one-user, three-job, and 100-candidate limits can rule it out before price does.

Advanced removes the job, candidate, and user caps. Its price rises by employee band, so the public annual total moves from $2,388 for 1 to 20 employees to $31,188 at 500+.

Pro adds sourcing, enrichment, outreach, warmup, and onboarding support. Its public annual total ranges from a derived $4,788 to $47,988 across the same bands, with larger AI allocations and data migration on an annual contract.

Enterprise and Jobvite both require a quote, but their public context differs. 100Hires names Enterprise governance features. Jobvite names a broader modular product and services surface without a public price or inclusion map.

Compare the live plans or book a 100Hires demo if your employee band or workflow needs clarification.

When Jobvite's enterprise complexity can be useful

A longer quote process can be worthwhile when the organization needs more than a simple ATS purchase. Jobvite's broad set of products and services can support a formal enterprise program.

  • Multiple business units, locations, approval paths, or highly customized stages
  • Recruitment marketing and career-site programs that need campaign orchestration
  • CRM, referrals, onboarding, analytics, matching, and AI under one vendor relationship
  • Marketplace integrations plus implementation, consulting, recruiting, or data-analysis services
  • A team prepared for security review, integration design, contracting, rollout, and ongoing governance

That broader set of products and services creates more questions about scope, ownership, and contract terms. It does not mean every listed capability is bundled into the core quote.

For a wider product choice, use the separate guide to Jobvite alternatives.

When 100Hires' transparent setup is more appropriate

100Hires is a more direct buying path for small and growing teams that want a visible starting budget, public employee bands, clear plan limits, and a self-service trial.

Advanced and Pro publish unlimited users, jobs, and candidates. Start is much narrower, and all three plans have stated AI allocations. Pro migration depends on an annual contract; Enterprise remains quote-only.

That transparency does not make 100Hires a feature-for-feature replacement for Jobvite's full enterprise suite or Professional Services catalog.

The better fit is a team whose core need is transparent recruiting software and whose workflow fits the public plan boundaries. Custom governance, BI, or integrations may require Enterprise or another evaluation.

Decision field 100Hires Jobvite
Best public buying signal Employee-band prices and plan limits Modular quote built from the core ATS
Strong fit Small and growing teams seeking a direct setup path Organizations needing broad modules, integrations, governance, or services
Evaluation path 14-day self-service trial, then plan or demo Sales-led scope, security, integration, and contract review
Main public limitation AI allocations, Start caps, annual-Pro migration, and quote-only Enterprise Numeric price, inclusion, billing, implementation, and exit terms are not publicly shown
Parity warning The products do not publish feature-equivalent packages, so compare the written scope and operating limits

Questions to ask before signing a Jobvite quote

Normalize the quote before comparing totals. Use one worksheet for recurring fees, one-time work, limits, support, renewal, and exit terms.

  1. Core license: What is the pricing unit, employee basis, recruiter-seat rule, hiring-volume assumption, and minimum term?
  2. Modules: Which recruitment marketing, CRM, career site, onboarding, referral, analytics, matching, and AI items are included?
  3. Implementation: Who owns configuration, testing, migration, validation, training, and go-live?
  4. Integrations: Which connectors, objects, sync directions, API rights, custom work, and maintenance are included?
  5. Support and services: What support tier, response target, customer success, consulting, RPO, or data analysis is included?
  6. AI: What usage limits, overages, data retention, approval controls, and security terms apply? Use the NIST AI Risk Management Framework to structure governance questions.
  7. Renewal: What notice period, uplift cap, module repricing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules apply?
  8. Exit: What export format, attachment handling, delivery timing, migration help, post-contract access, and termination fees apply?

Normalize the quote before comparing totals

Ask the vendor to mark every worksheet field as included, excluded, optional, or not quoted. Separate year-one recurring fees, one-time fees, internal project work, and renewal assumptions.

Then compare like with like. A core ATS quote cannot be compared directly with a public plan if they include different levels of implementation, integration, support, or module coverage.

Worksheet output Year one Renewal Exit
Recurring fees License, modules, support, connectors, and usage Uplift, repricing, and reduced-scope rights Post-contract access period
One-time fees Implementation, migration, training, and custom work New module or connector setup Export, migration help, and termination
Operating limits Seats, volume, AI, API, support, and regions Reset, overage, and cap changes Data format and delivery timing

FAQ about Jobvite pricing and cost

Does Jobvite publish pricing?

Jobvite does not currently publish a numeric rate card in the evidence reviewed for this guide. It uses a custom quote built around the core ATS and selected modules. 100Hires publishes employee-band prices and plan limits for Start, Advanced, and Pro; Enterprise is quote-only.

How much does Jobvite cost per month?

The official monthly Jobvite cost is not publicly shown. About $400 per month appears in third-party directory and editorial sources, but it is not a verified Jobvite list price. 100Hires publishes monthly and annual-equivalent prices across six employee bands for a transparent reference point.

Is there a reliable annual Jobvite cost estimate?

No standard annual Jobvite curve is supported by current credible evidence. Customer reports have incomplete scope, and third-party estimates are not official inputs. 100Hires annual totals in this guide are derived from current public annual-equivalent prices and show the formula.

Are Jobvite onboarding, referrals, analytics, and AI included?

Product availability does not confirm quote inclusion. Jobvite explicitly describes Onboarding and AI Companion as addable; other capabilities need written confirmation. 100Hires lists its plan scope and AI credits publicly, with limitations beside each plan.

Does Jobvite charge for implementation or integrations?

Current official pages show Professional Services and a marketplace, but they do not publish fees or say which work is mandatory. Confirm migration, training, connectors, API rights, support, and custom work. Use 100Hires pricing or a 100Hires demo to compare the scope you need.

Choose the buying path that matches your complexity

Jobvite can justify a longer quote process when modular enterprise scope, complex workflows, integrations, and services matter. The price question becomes a scope and contract question.

100Hires is more appropriate when visible bands, a self-service trial, and a simpler setup matter more than Jobvite's broader enterprise surface. Review current 100Hires pricing or book a demo to test that fit.
