Recruitee pricing in 2026: plans, costs, and limits - 100Hires

100Hires annual pricing page showing Start, Advanced, and Pro plans for 1-20 employees in USD

If you are comparing Recruitee alternatives, start with one fact: Recruitee currently shows three plans but no numeric base price.

The public plans are Start, Advance, and Optimize. The amount depends on the plan, employee count, and billing period. Recruitment agencies need a custom quote. None of those paths displays a current total.

Older public and third-party prices conflict, so this guide does not turn them into a range. It maps current limits, cost inputs, growth scenarios, and every public 100Hires price.

  • Base prices: not publicly shown for any current Recruitee plan.
  • Jobs: Start allows 5 active jobs; Advance and Optimize allow unlimited jobs.
  • Contract: one-year minimum, even when the payment schedule is monthly.
  • Annual payment: 20% off the undisclosed subscription amount.
  • Public comparison: 100Hires publishes Start, Advanced, and Pro prices for six employee bands.

Recruitee does not publicly show a base price in 2026

The hiring playbook, in your inbox

One email a week - benchmarks, AI screening tactics, and short interview templates from the 100Hires team. No product pitches.

The current pricing page answers plan-scope questions, not the amount due. A known discount cannot produce a budget when the base subscription is unknown.

The current plan snapshot answers limits, not price

Plan Base price Active jobs Users AI allowance Onboarding
Start not publicly shown 5 Pricing page has no number; Help Center says unlimited Email and feedback writing; numeric allowance not publicly shown Numeric fee not publicly shown
Advance not publicly shown Unlimited not publicly shown separately 100 Screening credits/month; 3 Matching searches/month Numeric fee not publicly shown
Optimize not publicly shown Unlimited not publicly shown separately Full Screening functionality, no numeric allowance shown; 65 Matching searches/month Support and dedicated CSM included; numeric fee not shown

For a transparent reference point, 100Hires pricing publishes numeric monthly and annual options. That reference does not prove that one product will cost less at equivalent scope.

Annual savings do not remove the one-year commitment

Recruitee allows monthly payment, but its contracts have a minimum commitment of one year. Paying annually gives a 20% subscription discount. Monthly payment should not be read as a month-to-month contract.

The trial lasts 18 days, tests the Advance plan, requires no credit card, and does not convert automatically. It can test workflow fit, but it does not reveal a public subscription amount.

Search results still surface amounts tied to old plan names, past employee bands, and different billing periods. Other pages publish estimates without a matching quote date or scope.

Those figures cannot be combined into a current low-to-high range. A range would imply that its endpoints describe today's Start, Advance, or Optimize offer. The current public page does not support that conclusion.

Tested countries and account paths use the same hidden-price model

We checked localized pages, country routes, the live quote form, and internal versus agency paths. Localization changes the copy, but it did not reveal a numeric price or a country-to-currency table.

Path tested Public display Safe conclusion
English/global, German, French, Dutch Plan cards with no numeric base amount Country and currency prices are not publicly shown
United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Australia tests No numeric amount; some country routes are not public pricing routes Do not infer a local amount or currency
Employee-size quote form Eight bands collected; no amount before submission Band affects the quote, but the band price is not public
Internal hiring account Start, Advance, and Optimize path Numeric plan prices are not publicly shown
Recruitment agency account Custom quote path Agency amount is not publicly shown

Country and language change the copy, not the visible price

The terms allow fees in EUR, USD, or GBP. That contract language does not prove which currency a country receives, and it does not supply a numeric price.

Euro-style paid-item markers on plan cards identify optional products. They do not disclose an add-on amount. A buyer should ask which billing entity, currency, and tax rules will appear on the order form.

Employee bands shape the quote without revealing the amount

The form collects 1-20, 21-50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-250, 251-500, 501-1000, and 1000+ employees. It asks for the country associated with the phone number.

No selected band returns a price, currency, or employer-versus-agency rate before submission. The practical output is a quote request, not a calculator result.

AgencyHub is not recruitment-agency account pricing

An internal hiring team follows the standard plan path. A recruitment agency buying Recruitee is routed to a custom quote, with the amount not publicly shown.

AgencyHub is a different product. It is an add-on for an internal team that manages external recruitment agencies. Its workflow claims do not establish the subscription price paid by an agency buyer.

Start, Advance, and Optimize are selected by jobs and AI usage

Plan selection depends on the first limit your hiring operation would exceed. Price matters after the plan can support the required jobs, participants, AI volume, controls, and implementation help.

Start fits smaller hiring queues but its total remains hidden

Start supports five active jobs. A separate Help Center article says it supports unlimited users, but the pricing page itself shows no user number.

It includes AI-powered email and feedback writing, but no current numeric AI allowance is public. Base subscription and onboarding amounts are not publicly shown either.

Selection test: Start is plausible when five roles are enough and quantified Screening or Matching capacity is unnecessary. Ask for the exact price, AI limits, implementation scope, and any paid add-ons.

Advance is the first plan with unlimited jobs and quantified AI

Advance removes the active-job ceiling. It includes 100 Screening Assistant credits per month and 3 Matching Assistant searches per month.

Its user count, base amount, and onboarding fee are not separately publicly shown. Three Matching searches may be restrictive for a team that sources new talent pools every week.

Selection test: choose Advance as the likely minimum when you need more than five concurrent roles or recurring AI screening. Map real monthly Screening and Matching usage before accepting the quote.

Optimize adds onboarding and a much higher Matching allowance

Optimize keeps unlimited jobs and raises Matching Assistant to 65 searches per month. Screening Assistant is described as full functionality, but no numeric Screening allowance is public.

It includes SSO, onboarding support, and a dedicated customer success manager. The numeric base price and any separate onboarding or training amount are not publicly shown.

Selection test: consider Optimize for tighter controls, analytics, integrations, implementation support, or when Advance's three Matching searches are too few.

Add-ons and contract terms can move the final bill

A useful total-cost model is: quoted subscription + required add-ons + job-ad charges + taxes + agreed onboarding or training + band and renewal changes.

Add-on names are public, but most amounts are not

Item Current treatment Numeric price
SSO Optional on Start and Advance; included in Optimize Optional add-on amount not publicly shown
Texting Optional; 50 free texts on activation Official example is $75 in the US or €75 in Europe after the free texts, based on subscription currency; not a universal price
Journeys Optional add-on not publicly shown
AgencyHub Internal-team add-on for managing agencies not publicly shown
WhatsApp Hiring Optional add-on not publicly shown
Tellent HR HRIS Optional add-on not publicly shown
Job advertisements Separate fees may apply during ordering not publicly shown

The Texting amount is a documented example after the initial 50 texts. It is not the Recruitee subscription, a global add-on rate, or evidence for a pricing range.

Growth, cancellation, and renewal terms belong in the cost model

If headcount exceeds the contracted maximum, the account can move to the lowest current employee band that fits. That change can affect the remaining term and renewal, but the resulting amount is not public.

Annual subscriptions must be cancelled at least 90 days before expiry. Fees exclude taxes, and job-ad charges may be added during ordering. Finance should confirm the actual treatment using current EU VAT rules and rates.

A published 2026 renewal notice describes a 5% increase for covered renewals, with stated exceptions. The general terms separately allow up to 5% per elapsed year or CPI change, whichever is higher, for qualifying renewal terms of at least one year.

Keep those scopes separate and ask which clause governs your account. In a 2024 small-business discussion, one user liked the interface and training ease but found repeated increases harder to justify.

An unknown onboarding fee differs from included onboarding support

Optimize includes onboarding support and a dedicated CSM. The terms permit onboarding and training services agreed between the parties, but no public numeric fee establishes what your quote will include.

For every plan, ask whether configuration, migration, training, and launch support are included. Do not assume either a fee or a zero cost.

Startup, growing-SMB, and agency scenarios expose the plan choice

These are planning scenarios, not Recruitee estimates. Every table states its employee band and keeps 100Hires first. Annual totals are derived from the public annual-equivalent monthly amount.

Startup scenario: 1-20 employees and up to three active jobs

Assume one recruiter, one user, up to three active jobs, and up to 100 candidates per month. Recruitee Start likely fits its five-job limit, but its total is not public.

Provider and plan Monthly billing Annual-equivalent monthly Annual total Fit note
100Hires Start $99 $49 $588 derived Closest fit if 3 jobs, 100 candidates, 1 user, and 100 AI credits are enough
100Hires Advanced $249 $199 $2,388 derived Use if a Start limit breaks
100Hires Pro $499 $399 $4,788 derived Higher AI, outreach, enrichment, and onboarding scope
Recruitee Start not publicly shown not publicly shown not publicly shown Up to 5 active jobs; confirm all other quote inputs

100Hires Start is the closest limit match. Calling Advanced or Pro cheaper or better would not be a fair comparison; each addresses a larger operating need.

Growing SMB scenario: 51-100 employees and more than five roles

Assume several hiring participants, more than five concurrent roles, and recurring AI-assisted screening. Recruitee Advance is the likely minimum once Start's job limit no longer fits.

Provider and plan Monthly billing Annual-equivalent monthly Annual total Fit note
100Hires Start $149 $75 $900 derived Lower price, but 3 jobs, 100 candidates, and 1 user make it the wrong fit
100Hires Advanced $559 $449 $5,388 derived Unlimited jobs, candidates, and users; 300 or 1,000 AI credits/month by term
100Hires Pro $935 $749 $8,988 derived 3,000 or 5,000 AI credits/month plus enrichment, outreach, and onboarding scope
Recruitee Advance not publicly shown not publicly shown not publicly shown Unlimited jobs; 100 Screening credits and 3 Matching searches/month

The functional comparison is Recruitee Advance versus 100Hires Advanced first. Consider Pro only if a specific team has a clear use case for its additional AI and outreach capabilities.

Recruitment agency scenario: assumed 21-50 agency employees

Assume the agency itself has 21-50 employees, more than three client roles, and multiple users. Recruitee routes the buyer to a custom agency quote. AgencyHub is not that plan.

Provider and plan Monthly billing Annual-equivalent monthly Annual total Fit note
100Hires Start $149 $75 $900 derived Likely too limited at 3 jobs and 1 user
100Hires Advanced $369 $299 $3,588 derived Unlimited jobs, candidates, and users
100Hires Pro $625 $499 $5,988 derived More AI, enrichment, outreach, and onboarding scope
Recruitee agency account not publicly shown not publicly shown not publicly shown Custom quote; confirm agency workflow and allowances

Advanced or Pro is the more comparable 100Hires option in functional terms. Keep job-board spend, feeds, client-company workflow, application routing, and integrations outside the license comparison until each is tested.

Use the live 100Hires pricing table to test other employee bands. Compare a Recruitee quote only after plan scope, add-ons, taxes, onboarding, job ads, and contract terms match.

100Hires publishes every Start, Advanced, and Pro employee-band price

The table below uses USD. The public pricing engine shows monthly and annual-equivalent monthly figures. Annual totals are derived by multiplying the annual-equivalent monthly amount by 12. Prices exclude tax.

Public 100Hires totals show where growth changes the budget

Moving from 1-20 to 21-50 employees changes the derived annual Start total from $588 to $900. Advanced moves from $2,388 to $3,588, and Pro moves from $4,788 to $5,988.

At 51-100 employees, the derived annual Advanced total is $5,388 and Pro is $8,988. At 101-250, those totals become $8,388 and $13,788. Start remains $900, but its operating limits do not expand.

These are public pre-tax price changes, not savings or ROI estimates. Recruitee uses different quote bands, including 101-150 and 151-250, but does not show the amount assigned to either band.

Ask Recruitee for the current quote and the next two employee-band totals. That sensitivity table reveals the likely license impact of planned hiring without inventing a public number.

A transparent price helps only when the limits fit

100Hires Start keeps the same 3-job, 100-candidate, 1-user, and 100-AI-credit limits in every employee band. Its price stops being the relevant comparison as soon as one of those limits breaks.

Advanced includes unlimited jobs, candidates, and users. It provides 300 AI credits per month on a monthly term or 1,000 per month on an annual term.

Pro provides 3,000 AI credits per month on monthly terms or 5,000 on annual terms. It adds enrichment, email carousel and warmup, onboarding, and free data migration on an annual contract.

Advanced and Pro prices rise as employee bands change. Start's operational limits stay fixed. Enterprise is custom-priced and has no public numeric amount, so it is not one of the 18 rows above.

The public price page has no employer-versus-agency selector. An agency can use its own employee band as a reference, then validate client workflow and board costs separately.

A quote checklist prevents false total-cost comparisons

Ask Recruitee to return one written quote with each of these fields. Convert the quote into an annual pre-tax total before comparing it with 100Hires.

  1. Employee band and the headcount definition used
  2. Selected plan and numeric base subscription
  3. Billing cadence and minimum commitment
  4. Renewal date, increase clause, and cancellation deadline
  5. Included users and role restrictions
  6. Active-job and candidate limits
  7. Screening, Matching, and other AI units
  8. Required add-ons and their billing units
  9. Onboarding, configuration, training, and migration
  10. Job-ad charges and third-party subscriptions
  11. Invoice currency and applicable taxes
  12. Agency-account scope and client workflow
  13. Repricing when headcount crosses a band

Comparable annual total = base contract + required add-ons + implementation and onboarding + job-ad charges + applicable taxes.

If a numeric Recruitee field is absent, it remains not publicly shown. Do not replace it with an old price, midpoint, or currency conversion.

Compare the written quote with the public table, then book a 100Hires demo to test whether the selected plan supports the actual workflow.

Frequently asked questions about Recruitee pricing

How much does Recruitee cost?

Recruitee's current numeric base price is not publicly shown. It depends on plan, employee count, and billing period. 100Hires publishes Start, Advanced, and Pro prices by employee band, starting with 1-20 employee options.

Does Recruitee charge per user?

Recruitee says price depends on employee count, not that it charges per user. Its Help Center says Start has unlimited users; the user limits for other plans are not separately shown. 100Hires Start has one user; Advanced and Pro have unlimited users.

Can Recruitee be paid monthly?

Yes, but Recruitee still requires a one-year minimum commitment. Annual payment receives a 20% subscription discount. 100Hires publishes both monthly and annual prices, so buyers can compare the two billing options directly.

What is Recruitee pricing for recruitment agencies?

Recruitee gives recruitment agencies a custom quote, and the amount is not publicly shown. AgencyHub serves internal teams managing agencies. 100Hires has no public employer-versus-agency selector, so an agency can use its own employee band as a reference point.

Which Recruitee plan fits more than five active jobs?

Advance or Optimize, since Start caps active jobs at five. Both 100Hires Advanced and Pro include unlimited jobs. 100Hires Start caps active jobs at three.

Are AI allowances included in Recruitee plans?

Yes, but disclosure varies. Start has AI writing with no numeric allowance shown. Advance has 100 Screening credits and 3 Matching searches monthly. Optimize has 65 Matching searches. 100Hires publishes 100 AI credits for Start and term-specific allowances for Advanced and Pro.

Methodology

This review was completed on July 18, 2026. It covered current localized pricing pages, Help Center articles, AgencyHub, Tellent terms, the live quote path, current search results, and the 100Hires pricing engine.

Historical, estimated, converted, anecdotal, and third-party Recruitee amounts were excluded from current totals. 100Hires annual totals are calculated arithmetically and labeled that way.

Use a current written quote for Recruitee and the public 100Hires table, then compare equivalent scope.
