October updates: salary checks, Any/All automation rules and PDF profiles

100Hires job pay range warning: This looks like an hourly rate, not a yearly salary, with a link to switch to hourly

Smaller updates from the past few months, most of them fixing something customers ran into.

The hiring playbook, in your inbox

One email a week - benchmarks, AI screening tactics, and short interview templates from the 100Hires team. No product pitches.

Enter 19 to 21 with the period left on Annually, and 100Hires now warns that this looks like an hourly rate, with a one-click switch to Hourly. Before, a job with $65 to $71 left on Annually went to Indeed and LinkedIn as $65 a year, which scares off applicants and breaks salary filters on the boards.

Nurture campaigns stop when the candidate books

A nurture campaign used to stop only when the candidate replied. If the candidate booked an interview through a self-scheduling link instead, the reminders to book kept coming. Now booking an interview stops the campaign too.

Any or All in form automations

The "Act if a form is filled" automation used to join conditions with OR only, which made some rules impossible. A common case: disqualify a candidate whose German level is neither C1 nor C2. With OR, two "doesn't contain" conditions disqualified everyone. Now you choose whether a rule fires when any condition matches or only when all of them do.

Print a candidate profile as a PDF

The menu in the candidate header now has Print profile (PDF). It produces a clean PDF with the profile, application answers and, as the candidate moves further, interviews, notes and AI score, ready to print or file.

More reliable scheduling and fewer duplicates

If an interviewer's connected calendar stops syncing, their self-scheduling link stops offering slots instead of letting candidates book over real meetings. New accounts now merge a new applicant with an existing candidate who has the same email or LinkedIn profile by default. When you upload resumes in several batches, a file that is already in the current import is now skipped before AI parsing, so the same resume does not spend AI credits twice.

Upgraded AI and higher API limits

AI Copilot, the AI email composer and quick email rewrites now run on newer AI models. Verified companies on a trial can now make 1,000 API requests per 10 minutes instead of 100, enough to try 100Hires through the API or an AI assistant connected over MCP.
