100Hires role-specific candidate scoring criteria editor

Choose the ATS fit behind the headline price

JOIN.com is an SMB ATS with job distribution, candidate records, screening, Pipelines, Talent Pools, messaging, sourcing, automation, integrations, and export. It is more than a job board, and this page compares the documented workflows.

100Hires fits lean teams that want role-specific screening, passive-candidate sourcing, multi-step outreach, and configurable recruiting workflows in one system. The table separates verified differences from marketing shorthand.

This comparison was prepared by 100Hires using current, publicly available sources. 100Hires is not affiliated with or endorsed by JOIN.

When JOIN.com may fit

JOIN may fit a European SMB team that is eligible for its limited company free tier, or one that prioritizes per-job paid plans, job distribution, a career page, and a documented hiring workflow.

Its public pages also describe screening, communication, interviews, offers, automation, and integrations.

Current JOIN pricing and its help feature table list up to 15 active jobs on Standard and Advanced.

JOIN also says account pricing can vary with promotions, loyalty discounts, account type, or usage volume. Compare the plan shown in Billing with your expected job volume and required features.

What 100Hires adds after job distribution

100Hires connects candidate prioritization, sourcing, outreach, and stage movement. Each workflow remains visible in the ATS, so a recruiter can check the evidence, decide what happens next, and keep the candidate record current.

100Hires candidate score with total and per-criterion results

Score candidates against the role you actually defined

Move the strongest applicants to review sooner without handing the decision to software. Configure role criteria, inspect the total and per-criterion evidence, and keep a recruiter in control.

  • Role-specific criteria
  • 0-100 result
  • Per-criterion evidence
  • Recruiter-controlled decision

The 100Hires AI Score workflow is designed for review, not an automatic hiring verdict. Recruiters can compare the written evidence with resumes, application answers, and the requirements for the role.

100Hires can add sourced people through CSV, bulk resume upload, manual entry, or its Chrome extension. After a prospect is identified, Contact Finder can enrich that record with available contact details.

100Hires Contact Finder settings for fields and enrichment providers

Find contact details through your own providers

Spend less time hunting for prospect contact details. Contact Finder checks customer-owned providers for the email, phone, or LinkedIn fields you request and returns data where available.

  • Pro plan feature
  • Customer-owned providers
  • Field-level controls
  • Availability-based results

Contact Finder in 100Hires is not a universal contact database. Coverage depends on the identifiers available, the connected providers, and the data those providers return.

100Hires Nurture campaign with scheduled follow-up and response-based stage movement

Turn follow-up into a connected recruiting workflow

Keep follow-up and stage movement connected to the candidate record. Nurture campaigns combine scheduled email, optional SMS or voicemail, tasks, reply handling, and Pipeline moves.

  • Scheduled sequences
  • Reply-based movement
  • Pipeline-linked tasks
  • Optional SMS or voicemail

Configurable Pipeline stages and searchable Talent Pools help teams organize imported, inbound, and sourced candidates. See how 100Hires recruiting automation connects follow-up to the next workflow action.

Limits and plan details to check

AI Score prioritizes candidates based on the criteria your team configures. A person reviews the evidence and makes the hiring decision. It cannot verify a skill, credential, or trait that is not established in the candidate record.

Contact Finder is a Pro feature, uses customer-owned provider subscriptions, and cannot guarantee every field. SMS and voicemail steps in Nurture campaigns require a connected Twilio account.

100Hires pricing varies by employee-count band and excludes applicable taxes. JOIN uses per-job pricing and excludes VAT. A useful cost comparison should account for your employee-count band, active-job volume, billing cadence, and required features.

Pricing and migration notes

For the applicable employee band, 100Hires Start begins at $49 per month billed annually, or $99 month to month. Advanced begins at $199 per month billed annually or $249 monthly. Pro begins at $399 per month billed annually or $499 monthly.

JOIN public pricing captured in July 2026 lists Standard at €20 per job per month or €17 on yearly billing, and Advanced at €40 or €34. The yearly toggle says two months free. Enterprise is custom, and VAT is excluded.

Headline prices use different units. Review the current 100Hires plans, then compare them with the current JOIN entitlement for the active jobs, users, export access, and workflows your team needs.

100Hires provides free self-service candidate CSV import and bulk resume upload. Managed migration is included with annual Pro after source and scope review. Other plans receive a custom quote based on volume and complexity.

JOIN documents CSV or XLSX candidate-list export and a ZIP option with CVs or attachments on Advanced and Enterprise. The available export and mapping review determine which candidate data can be moved. This page does not promise a complete-history transfer or a fixed timeline.

100Hires vs JOIN.com FAQ
+ Should I choose JOIN.com when free job distribution is the priority?
JOIN Standard Free may suit eligible company accounts that need limited organic distribution and core ATS features. Compare its current eligibility and active-job limits with the 100Hires trial when screening, sourcing, or outreach depth also matters.
+ When does per-job pricing stop being the clearest comparison?
JOIN prices paid plans per active job, while 100Hires prices by employee band. Model your busiest hiring month, billing cadence, VAT or taxes, and required workflows before comparing 100Hires with the JOIN headline rate.
+ What should I test before replacing JOIN.com screening?
Use the same open role and sample candidates in both systems. In 100Hires, verify that the configured criteria and per-criterion evidence help reviewers prioritize applications without treating AI Score as an automatic hiring verdict.
+ What extra setup does 100Hires sourcing require?
100Hires Contact Finder is a Pro feature that uses provider subscriptions owned by the customer. Choose the fields and providers you need, then test coverage; 100Hires does not promise that every prospect will return every contact field.
+ Can a recruiting agency use JOIN.com Standard Free?
JOIN excludes recruiting agencies from its documented Standard Free eligibility. An agency comparing JOIN with 100Hires should confirm its current account eligibility and evaluate the paid workflows and limits it actually needs.
+ What should I export before deciding to switch?
JOIN documents candidate-list and ZIP export options on Advanced and Enterprise. Inspect a sample first; 100Hires can handle free self-service CSV or resume import, while managed annual-Pro migration still requires source and scope review.
