Freshworks says it is sunsetting Freshteam and that all renewals stopped June 7, 2026. The official FAQ does not establish one universal shutdown date, so check the subscription end date in your own account.
Paid accounts can download data for 90 days after expiry. Free accounts can download for 14 days after expiry. These are download windows after expiry, not a single deadline shared by every Freshteam customer.

AI Score evaluates a candidate against criteria and weights defined for the role. It produces a score from 0 to 100 based on the evidence available in 100Hires, then surfaces the candidate for human review.

AI Copilot can analyze the resume and profile, application answers, notes, messages, evaluations, supplied interview transcripts, and job context available in 100Hires. The recruiter remains in control.

100Hires fits teams that need a supported recruiting ATS with AI Score, candidate-context AI Copilot, provider-based Contact Finder, editable AI email drafts, and scheduled Nurture Campaigns.
The 100Hires tradeoffs are visible. AI usage is subject to quotas, Contact Finder is available on the Pro plan, and the trial limits the number of candidates received from external job boards.
Plans start at $49 per month, but the entry plan does not imply every Pro workflow. If your Freshteam account holds broader HR data, plan a separate destination for records that do not map into a recruiting ATS.
Migration support starts with the export you can provide
Annual Pro includes free managed migration after 100Hires reviews the available Freshteam export and requested scope. The process consists of review, field mapping and testing, approved import, and customer verification.
Candidate CSV import and bulk PDF or DOC resume upload are separate self-service paths. A trial does not confirm managed-migration eligibility, supported objects, timing, or coverage.
100Hires does not promise every Freshteam object or attachment, one-click transfer, fixed timing, no downtime, no data loss, parallel operation, or unchanged integrations.
