Keep candidate review and follow-up connected
100Hires keeps evaluation connected to each candidate's record. Recruiters can review available evidence, use structured forms, move candidates through the hiring pipeline, prepare outreach messages, and leave the final decision to the hiring team.
Make recruiter-reviewed decisions based on candidate evidence
Give recruiters a clear, shared basis for deciding who should move forward before an interview.
- Role-specific criteria
- Available candidate evidence
- Structured Evaluation Forms
- Recruiter-controlled decisions
Knockout questions can check explicit job requirements before deeper review. Evaluation Forms give interviewers one place to record feedback, and candidate notes keep the evidence in the candidate record.
In 100Hires, AI resume screening begins a recruiter-reviewed process that continues through outreach and interview coordination.
Bring past candidates back into an active hiring process
Return to an earlier shortlist for a new opening without restarting the search or losing the shortlist's context.
- Scheduled follow-up
- Move respondents to a selected stage
- Reusable Talent Pools
- Recruiter-managed campaigns
Recruiters decide which candidates enter a Talent Pool and when a Nurture campaign runs. When a candidate responds, the campaign can move the candidate to a selected stage, keeping follow-up visible to the team.
This setup helps teams revisit prior finalists or candidates who were a better fit for a different role. The next recruiter can see the candidate record and follow-up history in the same ATS.
Keep follow-ups moving with saved recruiting prompts
Keep candidate conversations moving, with recruiters retaining control of each message.
- Saved recruiting prompts
- Prompt selection menu
- Human review before sending
- Follow-up in a single ATS
For teams comparing Elevatus's outreach options, 100Hires keeps candidate follow-up and recruiter review together in one ATS with recruitment automation.
100Hires limitations to check before you decide
AI Score uses configured criteria. Its premium model can search for external information about a candidate's past employers. Configured score thresholds can move or disqualify candidates, so teams should review their criteria, automation rules, and hiring decisions.
Each plan includes a limited number of AI credits: 100 per month on Start; 1,000 with annual billing or 300 with monthly billing on Advanced; and 5,000 with annual billing or 3,000 with monthly billing on Pro.
The 14-day trial does not require a credit card and has an AI usage limit. Posting to external job boards is subject to verification and usage limits. The trial is designed to test a real workflow, not for unlimited daily use.
100Hires primarily serves small and midsize teams. It does not claim to match the full range of Elevatus workflows, including those related to assessments, video interviews, multiple languages, or enterprise and government requirements.

It solved all of my recruitment problems and offered all of the features I was looking for. It can automate most of my recruitment processes.
I'd happily recommend it to my industry peers. I'm able to use the platform with ease and don't have to think twice what function to use.
The system is very user-friendly. Even people with no experience will find it easy to understand its functionality.
