The Recruiting Assistant is a vital member of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting full life-cycle recruiting efforts, with a particular focus on US-based hiring needs. This position is responsible for the administrative components of the process, including scheduling interviews and team meetings; updating the applicant tracking system; managing job postings; processing invoices, and maintaining recruitment files. In addition, the Recruitment Assistant will support various process improvement initiatives and play a substantial role in the recruitment of administrative staff, interns and entry-level professionals. This position must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
