Job summary 1

As an HRIS Analyst, the best candidate will play the role of domain expert and operating resource for the Company’s HCM Cloud platform at a global, regional, and local level. In this role, s/he will support day-to-day functional needs, process improvements, enhancements, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization. Additionally, you will drive technology tools in support of Company’s annual global compensation planning cycle. As a Human Resources professional with strong competence for technology and compensation programs, you will closely partner with Compensation and Human Resources professionals at all levels of the company to understand, advise and deliver high quality rewards solutions and outcomes for the business using Company’s HR Technology platforms.
