Hr Associate performs duties associated with the management, coordination, and participation of a specialty area within the Department of Human Resources. Work involves performing professional work in one or more areas including wage/salary, training, employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and/or payroll. Incumbent will perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and training and development. Incumbent will also assist with various HR departmental initiatives, programs, and events, as well as serve on project teams and committees as needed.
