Supervises all treatment support systems and patient flow sequencing. Evaluates the work performance of subordinates and mentors, counsel, and provide discipline when necessary. Provides leadership and direction for all staff at their office. Represents the interests of the company owners to all parties, outside and inside the organization. Serves as liaison between their office and corporate teams. Ensures productive schedules.
