Program Leadership and Facilitation: Lead and facilitate sessions to ensure that the programmatic implementation aligns with the organizational mission and vision. Drive participant learning and mastery of each practice and implement the centrally developed program and curriculum. Ensure high-quality experiences for participants.
Culture Development: Cultivate and create a safe and exciting atmosphere for participants.

We are looking for a highly organized and confident Facilitator with strong interpersonal communication and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a keen attention to detail, extraordinary customer service, and problem-solving skills to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The incumbent should be flexible with the agility to respond quickly and appropriately to changes in demands on the team.

Duties & Responsibilities 2

Conducts facility tours to potential customers
Conducts walkthrough meetings with permit holders to ensure their needs can be met
Interprets, applies, and explains regulations, policies, and procedures to permit holders
Responds to incoming phone calls and emails regarding customer inquiries/bookings
Communicates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders
Responds to event-related emergencies and resolves issues if applicable or coordinates with supervisor to resolve the issues
- Serves as the on-site, day-of-event contact for private events held at various City facilities
- Oversees on-site operations of events to ensure all rules, regulations, and permit contract agreements are followed
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Provide support for schools serving homeless students within a virtual context.
Provide reporting of monitoring, support, and intervention for students with continuing emotional and/or behavioral problems.
Participate in district and building-level professional development that impacts operations of the virtual programs within school district fidelity of practice.
