We are looking for a Benefits Analyst. You will use your knowledge of health, welfare, wellness, and retirement plans to assist with plan administration, benefit communications, and policy, process, and procedure development. You’ll be working closely with the Sr. Benefits Analyst, Benefit Manager, other members of HR, Finance and Payroll as well as third-party administrators, vendors and consultants.

Facilitate new employee benefit orientation, open enrollment meetings and periodic employee educational meetings
Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit invoices.

- Provide guidance to employees, HR representatives, and managers on the requirements and provisions of benefit programs and assists with the resolution of potential problems
- Assist with LOA administration, coordinating with third party administrator, human resources and payroll to ensure efficient and seamless processing of employee leave requests. Update applicable systems.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business and three years’ experience in benefits administration, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of benefit plan design, administration procedures, wellness programs and some knowledge of laws governing benefits compliance
Proficiency with MS office applications including v-lookups, formula creation, and data validation skills
- A demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities while executing the benefits strategy
- Orientation to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, independently or as part of a team
