This includes the design and implementation of business plans intended to increase revenue from targeted customers based on strategic business analysis and achieving and exceeding revenue goals across the assigned geography. The successful Regional Manager will understand and leverage the roles and responsibilities of the cross-functional team to drive strategic imperatives, including Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Operations. Key to this position is the hiring, training, and development of specialists within their region. In addition to hiring top talent, the successful individual will also be able to demonstrate an ability to build and motivate individuals and a team to high performance.
