The Program Coordinator coordinates and supervises the daily functions and general operations. Additionally, the Program Coordinator provides direct service and functions. The Program Coordinator also ensures that each client has timely access to needed services.

Duties & Responsibilities 3

Provides daily consultation and support to staff in assessing adequacy and appropriateness of each client’s living or funding resources and assists in securing alternative living or funding arrangements as needed.
Provides programmatic supervision to Team Leaders.
Provides crisis intervention and emergency response as needed and intervenes with clients/others at the onset of a crisis in order to coordinate and arrange for provision of needed services.
Coordinates, supervises, provides oversight to on-call staff and ensures that services are available twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week.
