Job summary 1

The PR Coordinator will play a key role in the Public Relations department and in driving the Maison’s image and awareness in North America by building strong press practices & tactics that further this objective. The coordinator will support the department in achieving high quality results and will be a strong right-hand to the Assistant Manager, who leads all related activities for national press, fragrance management and influencers. Your day to day consists of cross-functional communication between commercial, corporate & Richemont teams, as well as interactions with the press and influencers, to execute product loans. The main responsibilities include facilitating editorial shoots and coordinating sample trafficking needs; overseeing PR stock management and build-out; ensuring all logistics are following protocol and processed in a timely manner; responding to national press inquiries and supplying information and assets when appropriate, among others. Additionally, you will be the daily fragrance agency liaison as well as provide clipping & analytics support for the respective categories.
