The Tour Guide is responsible for hosting guests and teammates which includes various types of facility tours, entertainment, activities, and transportation. The Tour Guide keeps groups on time and effectively communicates changes to appropriate departments. Must be a high energy, self-motivated, and professional to host professionals in healthcare. This person must be able to work flexible hours, possibly some evenings and weekends. This position will require contact with external and internal customers; therefore, the teammate must be friendly, and professional.
