Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy and Planning, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for creating new communication flows and processes around existing gaps, taking care of new customer setup in distribution/accounting systems, and creating harmony between various reports and IT systems. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be working closely with a cross-functional crew of passionate sales VPs and folks from our Supply Chain, digging in on the details of weekly purchase order cycles and scorecards to streamline their systems and maximize their success. Organized, analytical, and systematic in your approach to solving problems, you know how to bring people and systems together to reduce friction in the sales process so that everyone around you can be more successful in their everyday activities.
