The Kitchen Assistant performs a variety of food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen operation duties for the Refectory dining room as well as periodic campus catering duties. It assists other kitchen staff when asked. Work as a team member in a small kitchen production staff. Must have or be able to earn in 3 months, current safe food guidelines as specified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals valid in the State.
