Job summary 1

This position is accountable for managing assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual physical counts, requisitioning replenishment and seeking alternative sources and materials when necessary. Maintains communication with supported customers, monitors supply usage, and removes and disposes of obsolete products. The Inventory Coordinator organizes and leads staff in conducting periodic inventory counts, adjusting quantities and locations, and recording and reporting discrepancies to management. Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the position is responsible for the management of all perpetual and par inventory locations as well as supplies received, stored, and issued. In all aspects, the Inventory Coordinator serves as a role model for the Service Culture Guidelines and mission of the organization.
