An Inside Sales Manager must manage the Inside Sales Representatives by establishing operational procedures, resolving operational issues, and ensuring personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, on-boarding, and training new Inside Sales Representatives, Associate Inside Sales Reps, and other sales resources (as needed) as well as coaching existing personnel so that procedures are executed consistently and in support of the customer’s mission and Company’s goals. Lastly, Inside Sales Managers handle various day-to-day tasks that promote business continuity and sales effectiveness.
