Assessing current training needs, developing materials, and facilitating training for agency owners, new hires and existing representatives are a few of the ways that a Training Specialist contributes. A Training Specialist will provide daily leadership to their class regardless of who the audience is. They will also ensure effective, timely delivery of projects and meeting business needs. They will identify system, process, and workflow enhancements. Finally, and most importantly, they will inspire the classroom to perform at the highest level every day.

The Training Specialist will primarily focus on delivering training & coaching to staff, manage the smooth and effective functioning of designated training programs, and ensure those programs meet all requirements. This involves marketing, planning, execution of ongoing and tailored training programs, and assistance in planning and facilitating specialized training programs for the Staff. This person will develop training material content and administer scheduled onboarding training sessions for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate customer obsession by incorporating best practices in facilitation, coaching, and training delivery, ensuring associates are well-equipped to support customers across all lines of business.
