This position is responsible for the timely delivery of all scheduled shipments to support customer needs while maintaining and improving efficiency, quality, safety, cost, and good housekeeping.

Manage and Maintain: you will manage manpower needs based on department workload (hire, train, and schedule) to support business needs. You will manage the daily workload to ensure timely shipment and scheduling of shipments in support of customer need dates. You will perform and maintain annual performance reviews of all employees within the Warehouse. Manage workflow to and from the shipping area, communicate daily needs and special requirements regarding shipments, prepares shipping documents and schedules pick-ups and deliveries, and prepare BOLs.
- Runs to end-of-day reports and confirms shipments in various systems.
- Inventory Accuracy: you will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory and all associated transactions, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and material control by standards.
- Ensure Compliance: you will practice and promote continuous improvement activities to support efficiency enhancement, safety improvements, quality, inventory accuracy, shipment timeliness, and process improvements. You will maintain good housekeeping practices by ISO standards; among other duties as assigned.
