Supervises Center Managers in a defined region. Maintains direct contact and assists with daily decision making, as needed.
Provides coaching and mentoring to Center Managers in order to build a dynamic, flexible site culture where staff seeks feedback from customers, processes, and each other on behalf of the customer. Promotes leadership skills. Cultivates a culture where center managers are empowered to resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions.
Ensures that Center Managers have access to ongoing formal and informal training and development.
