Job summary 1
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of clinical nursing services and assumes leadership of nursing personnel (RN, LVN, On-Call MA) at all sites. They will clinically supervise Charge Nurses in the delivery of clinical care and in their clinical supervision of MAs. The Nurse Manager will lead and implement a staff development program for nursing personnel, and act as a liaison with accredited Nursing programs. In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations & Quality Improvement, the Nurse Manager will play a vital role in the preparation for on-site clinical and operational audits, as well as the development and monitoring of quality improvement projects and clinical metrics.
