The primary purpose of Registered Nurse position is to provide nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as required by the Director or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients well-being by providing high quality nursing care.
