Night Auditor are responsible for providing a memorable welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Night Auditor make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of hotel amenities and services to them. Night Auditor is also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. Night Auditor works closely with all hotel departments especially Housekeeping and Accounting team members.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

This position transmits credit card batches and completes/submits daily management and accounting reports with supporting documents. The position may also book room reservations, answer hotel phone calls, and notify guests of messages/packages received.
