The Field Representative is responsible for driving field activities including contractor registrations and customer support for a variety of energy efficiency programs, working with a team. Our team members work in a dynamic fast paced environment and are supportive, proactive and committed to achieving team goals. These roles will require travel throughout assigned market. Travel reimbursement or vehicle provided, as well as company phone and laptop. Successful candidate will be required to pass a company background check and a separate client required background prior to the start date.

The Field Representative is responsible for representing both Company and its clients in a professional and responsible manner, conducting outreach activities cost effectively and efficiently, maintaining detailed records, working within a team environment and adhering to Company and utility protocols, procedures and policies. The primary role of the field representative is to visit targeted (retail) sales channels throughout the territory. During visits to these locations the field representative will engage in product pricing audits, light merchandising and labeling in an effort to increase visibility on the value proposition of targeted products. Our team members will also conduct in-store training events with both store personnel and consumers providing education and empowerment on the benefits being offered through our promotional efforts.
