Job summary 1

We are looking for a Clinical Analyst who understands the critical role that technology plays in the clinical workflow for Medical Management teams. An ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of Payer Population Health Solutions including: Utilization Management, Disease Management, Workplace Wellness, and other specialty programs. This position will understand the client process and relate to the day-to-day nuances, and regulatory requirements of population health programs. The Clinical Analyst will help determine how users can work within the system and function at peak efficiency within their already established workflow. This role also acts as a change agent helping the client to learn new best practices or translate customer needs into product design enhancements. The Clinical Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems and addressing the root causes. The product is continually being upgraded and therefore the Clinical Analyst must be willing to be in a learning mode on a continual basis. Working closely with the client, product, implementation, and client success teams to translate the clients current workflow into a future workflow using the Care Management Software. To be successful in this role, you should be a process-oriented, a creative thinker, a continuous learner, and have the drive to improve the clinical user's experience and patient outcomes through technology.
