The ideal Busboy is an individual who is punctual, attentive to detail, reliable, and above all - friendly. The Busboy sets and resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests. He/She removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal and quickly and efficiently re-sets/re-stocks the table for new guests. During his/her duties, the Busboy is polite and happy to provide outstanding service to all of our guests.

A Busboy assists in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up sections, including polishing and preparing items such as linens, silverware, and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting in setting them at the table.

Duties & Responsibilities 2

Greet all guests in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
Assist the service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests’ meals, and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning.
After the guest has finished dining, prepare the table by clearing and cleaning the table and resetting it for the next guest.
