This position is the first point of contact for all data transformation needs and owns pre-live and post-live follow-up that ensure customer success. The person in this role will be responsible for building, expanding, and optimizing our data analytics capabilities and managing a team of Data Analysts. We're seeking a technically oriented and process-driven leader. Our ideal candidate will uphold the balance of strategic thinking and scalability as we drive operations that fuel our products. As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation at Accordant with high-impact actionable analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for planning and execution of reporting and analytics that support Accordant initiatives and will partner with the product, finance, and project management within Accordant and its business partners to create structured reporting and look for key insights that will drive the business to growth. You will identify the data and infrastructure required to generate cohesive analysis to better understand our customers and product impact and build key success metrics to evaluate the impact of various projects, enhancements, and services that we provide.
