The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for all activities relating to the delivery/pick up of equipment including pulling, loading truck/van, delivering the equipment, collecting copayments, educating patients on equipment usage, obtaining signatures, giving patients a receipt, confirming delivery of the order in the electronic equipment carried by the Technician and any other duty as assigned by supervisor related to the delivery of equipment. The technician is also responsible for maintaining delivery vehicles according to regulatory guidelines. The Warehouse Assistant's responsibilities include cleaning equipment, completing equipment maintenance, and maintaining equipment files.
