We are seeking a QA Lead. The QA Lead monitors compliance with quality standards on the production floor to ensure product code conforms are to specification and food safety practices and assists in assistsntation involving HACCP, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices. He/she will also provide support to QA The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (or higher level Bachelor’s degree in a related Food Science or Quality) plus a minimum of three years of experience in Quality Food Safety in a food manufacturing environment. To be successful in this role, one must be someone passionate about Food Safety and Quality. One who encourages and fosters a safe environment, teamwork, and quality production of our Hostess Brand products.

The QA Lead will be responsible for leading testing activities across different projects in the program. The QA Lead will work directly with the Project Manager and/or Delivery Lead to identify and manage the QA tasks for the project plan. As the QA Lead, the candidate will be expected to provide guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on QA methodologies and processes and to deliver high business value. The following functions are the responsibility of the QA Lead.
