We seek a talented Digital Director to help us build top notch digital experiences that thoughtfully align usability and emotional brand expression for our clients. The Digital Director will oversee and/or execute development on projects ranging from microsites and minor updates to robust websites with extensive interactive features. This client-facing, hands-on position is responsible for the overall quality of all digital and interactive projects, from scoping to building, deploying, and support.

Working with an exceptionally talented team, the Digital Director will play an engineering leadership role in building and running an industry leading B2B eCommerce platform as a part of one of the world’s largest automotive and industrial replacement parts operations. This individual must be a technologist & engineer at heart and be comfortable in defining the technology direction and being hands on with the development and execution of the Digital strategy. She/He must exhibit a deep understanding of modern technology stack and agile delivery models, demonstrate focus on customer experience, and must have a proven record of accomplishment of modernizing legacy systems at scale. Close collaboration and alignment with a wide variety of both internal stakeholders and external vendors will be required. As such, exceptional abilities in building and maintaining strong working relationships and organizational savvy will be required. High level communication and presentation skills are required. Ability to attract, retain, and develop engineering talent will be critical.
