The Executive Producer is responsible for the leadership and administration of the local production team. They are responsible for leading all aspects of production, including identifying production partners, timing, budget, and sourcing of deliverables across a variety of accounts. This individual must have a great understanding of the creative deliverables across a multitude of mediums. The ideal candidate will be someone that can bring creative visions to life while elevating the work through close collaboration with the creative team. Not only should the Executive Producer have extensive production contacts, but they should be someone that grows relationships with outside production partners while ensuring production processes are in place and are having a positive impact on the work. As an office lead for production, the Executive Producer will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication and meetings that include producers and business affairs managers. This includes providing regular support and supervision of producers in the office, and across the network. The Executive Producer will maintain senior-level contact with agency creative & client engagement. While the work and clients locally will be the primary focus, the Executive Producer will work across offices as volume dictates and report directly to the Head of Production. The Executive Producer should problem-solve in a timely, cost-effective manner. They should be able to juggle a multitude of jobs at any time. Familiarity with the daily ebb and flow of an agency along with the knowledge of how to best engage with the many alignment teams spread across several offices throughout the USA is imperative.
