The Computer Analyst will provide advanced on-site technical services and support to employees. The Computer Analyst provides a single point of contact for end users support and maintenance. This includes software installation, system upgrades and maintenance, and computer diagnosis and repair. The Computer Analyst provides advanced troubleshooting and user training. The Computer Analyst will work closely with staff to ensure a high level of service and reliability for both departments. The Computer Analyst should have a deep appreciation for the collaborative care model and advancing the divisional priorities of quality, access and inclusion, mattering and belonging.

We're seeking a Computer Analyst to provide support for our Department of Defense client. The position will be based at the customer’s site and an active SECRET DoD clearance is required. Requires a minimum of 7 years, documented, relevant work experience, with at least 60 months in a technical training or education environment. The minimum technical requirements are the MCSA and Security + certifications. The (MCSE, CCNA, & Network+) are not required but are highly desirable. The Security+ certification is required date of hire. New hires must become IAT-II baseline and computing environment certified within 30 days.
