A Behavior Specialist provides resources, training, and technical assistance to childcare providers in licensed Centers and Centers in a Residence so that they can develop pro-social classroom supports and identify, prevent, and address challenging behaviors in young children in childcare settings, ultimately resulting in the expulsion of fewer children from child care programs.
