Supply Technician is responsible for completing Supply Chain standard operating procedures for supply replenishment across all supply nodes within the organization including but not limited to supply bin pulling, cleaning, filling, receiving, and replenishment. Responsible for managing the deployment and replenishment of patient care equipment and medical code carts according to prescribed procedures, techniques, and universal precautions. Responsible for identification and management of expired supply and cleanliness of Supply Chain distribution areas and supply nodes. Respond to STAT supply requests and calls and maintains clear communication between clinical staff and the Supply Chain Distribution team.

Ability to meet the physical demand requirements associated with supply replenishment and equipment deployment by Supply Chain standard operating procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities 2

Evaluate and prepare inventory reports
Evaluate account condition, identify deficiencies, and initiate corrective actions
Monitor inventory levels and asset movements and ensure timely response to mission requirements
Ensure compliance with policies, directives, and procedures
Operate storage and dispensing facilities
- Perform supervised inspections on assets to manage shelf-life within requirements, serviceability, and proper packaging and maintains inspection and storage records
- Manage shelf-life extension process
- Follow prescribed daily work assignments

Possess a working knowledge of military writing and other technical correspondence
A minimum of one year experience in military property accountability supply procedures and have documented experience using all automated systems currently used by the government to maintain supply accountability
Prior U.S. Army Supply background preferred

We are seeking a Supply Technician at our AIMD Program in Pensacola, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of logistics duties, which include functions of the site supply activities utilizing company purchasing processes and/or the Naval Aviation Supply System as it applies to intermediate-level maintenance. These duties also include receiving, shipping, issuing, and stocking components, parts, and materials. Inventories and completes data entry of inventoried and processed items.
