Minimum of 10 years + experience of supervisory or equivalent civil construction management
Extensive field operations experience with land development
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures, and standards.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of moving dirt and building utilities.
Read plans, build and review budgets, and hold construction meetings with other managers, engineers, etc. Business savvy / diplomacy with board members to city inspectors.

Must possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license
Minimum 10 years of work experience in a commercial construction environment, of which 6 years must be at the Foreman or Assistant Superintendent level.

Ability to read, understand, and implement construction documents
Ability to calculate correct concrete, stone, and lumber quantities for projects
Must have basic competencies in mathematics and be able to perform math operations rapidly and accurately
