The Security Manager provides oversight and coordination ensuring the implementation of Company security procedures and operational plans. The Security Manager will work closely with the General Manager of the facility and be a resource for the staff on regulatory compliance relating to security and ensure the safety and security of the facility and the protection of company employees and assets. The Security Manager shall be responsible for monitoring the site grounds, facility, visitors, vendors, and staff. The Security Manager is additionally responsible for the operation and monitoring of the site's video surveillance system, access control system, and perimeter security system ensuring its functionality and compliance. The Security Manager's main function in this role is to ensure and coordinate compliance in security and general compliance by having an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of all regulations, Company SOP, and the state's medical marijuana program. The Security Manager will own the security aspects of cultivation security daily operations, scheduling of security personnel, security plans, procedures, and policy as well as coordinate and oversee all daily security operations for the facility.
