As a Scrum Master, you will be a coach and facilitator for the IT squad. Your work will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery on sprint goals. You will work closely with your team Product Owner and peer Scrum Masters to support Sprint and Release Planning, foster team self-awareness, and encourage cross-training, decision-making, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the team in delivering new Products and modernizing the technical stack. This squad is in a unique position to work on high-priority efforts and understand their impact on the bottom line shortly after implementation.
