This Process Technician is responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure the production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Process Technician must be able to operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees the proper operation of the equipment. Process Technicians are also responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.

He or She is responsible for resolving manufacturing processes. The Process Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on the equipment. Supports engineering activities including troubleshooting and resolving problems originating in changing of products, processes, materials, and equipment settings to minimize manufacturing loss and downtime. Also supports manufacturing engineering efforts in product and process improvements to achieve business KPI goals. This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based.
