As the accountable executive, responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and operating plans that align with regional objectives, reflect community needs, achieve organizational goals and advance the philosophy, mission and vision of Company. The President ensures effective governance and establishes a participative management and engaged organizational climate that develops and maintains talent and inclusiveness within the company and throughout the region.
