We are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join our Payroll team. The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all payroll-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all payroll items. In addition, this role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing: benefits and taxes; ad hoc reporting, and Finance support.

The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for all payroll functions. They have ownership of the accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of payroll via the payroll system. Regularly, they review the computation of pay and conduct audits and analyses to ensure the accuracy of employee data, payroll processing, taxes and other withholdings and deductions, and the payment of off-cycle funds. In addition to the day-to-day processing of payroll, the Payroll Supervisor is expected to ensure that company payroll policies are by all government regulations, including those specific to aviation operations. They will also be responsible for establishing payroll tax accounts and managing system configuration as it relates to managing payroll processing.
