This role works directly with the merchant and DTC team, as well as other cross-functional leaders throughout planning & Operations to maximize this fast-growing segment of Company. The individual must be dynamic and flexible in managing multiple time-sensitive priorities in a high SKU count, rapidly evolving department. The role will regularly interact with the SVP, DTC in carving out best-in-class planning processes as the business scales.
