Performance is primarily based on quality and productivity measures including but not limited to schedule adherence, call quality scores, and process adherence.

The Member Service Representative is responsible for accurately processing financial transactions and being an effective source of information for our members: in the lobby, at a drive-thru window, or by telephone. These responsibilities are done within all Credit Union policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws and regulations. This position is also expected to be an ambassador of the Credit Union delivering excellent intradepartmental and member service while promoting the Credit Union and cross-selling its products and services.
