The Maintenance Coordinator directs maintenance work to coincide with the priorities and objectives of operations and ultimately the business, in order to achieve safety, equipment uptime, product quality and cost targets. The coordinator is responsible for overall coordination of equipment maintenance including: weekly schedule development, work notification gatekeeping, backlog management, equipment preparation, and turnaround management (including planning, scheduling, and resource loading).
The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that our network providers have current credentials and licenses to work legally in their field or specialty. The Maintenance Coordinator monitors upcoming renewal dates and works with medical staff to advise them of the required steps to maintain their credentials.

The Maintenance Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the Operations and Special Projects departments as it relates to building maintenance. The position assists and coordinates office setup and cleanout tasks i.e. office painting, furniture and equipment moving and assembly. He/She is also responsible for supporting the administrative duties for both departments including mailroom operations.

The Maintenance Coordinator will improve workforce productivity and safety by coordinating all maintenance activities and developing job and safety plans. This position will ensure absolute compliance with all EHSS policies and procedures. They will be the liaison between maintenance and production to ensure all work activities are planned, estimated, and scheduled. This position provides leadership and guidance on the effective operation of the CMMS system.
