We're looking for a Lot Attendant. The Lot Attendant will monitor parking lots, garages, sidewalks, and outside areas of client location with a company vehicle. The Lot Attendant will also inventory license plates of parked vehicles using a computer-based database and write daily activity and ticket accountability reports. The Lot Attendant will work outside throughout the entire shift.

Jumping batteries using a portable generator;
Filling tires with air using a portable air compressor; assisting customers to find their vehicle;
Respond to customer calls from the ""Help"" button in parking lots and on the ""Pay and Go"" machines;
- Gate repair and replacement; moving bicycle racks; placing safety cones to direct traffic flow in garages and lots;
- Snow removal, including but not limited to spreading ice melt and shoveling snow;
